2. Order Fulfillment

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or when we are attending extended vendor events (such as 10-day shows), shipping may be delayed up to 2 weeks. Customers will be notified of any such delays at the time of order placement.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Shipping Rates:

• First item: $8.00

• Each additional item: $1.00

Tracking numbers will be provided upon shipment. We currently ship only within the United States.

4. Payments

We accept PayPal as our standard payment method. If you require a different payment arrangement, please contact us directly at (502) 648-8536.

5. Product Representation

While we strive to ensure all images and descriptions are accurate, variations in appearance may occur due to the handmade nature of our products. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items without notice.

6. Allergen Notice

Our fudge is prepared in a facility that processes nuts, dairy, soy, wheat, and other allergens. We do not guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers with food allergies should exercise caution before purchasing.

7. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final due to food safety regulations. If a product arrives damaged or in error, contact us within 48 hours to request a resolution.

8. Limitation of Liability

Touch of Fudge, LLC is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or consumption of our products. Customers assume full responsibility upon receipt of goods.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Kentucky.
